1. General Questions & Ordering

Q: What is Print-on-Demand (POD)?

A: We operate on a Print-on-Demand model. This means your item is created specifically for you after you place an order. We do not hold inventory, which allows us to offer a wider variety of unique designs and reduces waste.

Q: How do I know what size to order?

A: We include a detailed size chart in the image gallery of every apparel listing (T-shirts, sweatshirts). We highly recommend measuring your favorite similar item at home and comparing it to our chart to ensure the perfect fit.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: Since your items are made-to-order, we have a very small window for changes. Please contact us immediately (within 1 hour of placing your order) if you need to make an adjustment. After this window, the item goes into production and cannot be modified or canceled.

2. Shipping & Production

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Our process involves two parts:

  1. Production Time: 2–7 business days. This is the time it takes to print, press, and package your custom item.

  2. Shipping Time: 3–7 business days (US domestic) or 7–21 business days (International). Your total delivery time is Production Time + Shipping Time.

Q: Why was my order shipped in multiple packages?

A: We partner with multiple trusted print providers to ensure the best quality and fastest service for each product type. If your order includes items from different categories (e.g., a T-shirt and a Blanket), they will be fulfilled and shipped separately.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?

A: Yes, expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that upgrading shipping only speeds up the transit time; it does not shorten the 2–7 business day production time.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return and exchange policy?

A: Defects/Errors: If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or is the wrong size/color due to an error on our part, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Q: Do you offer exchanges for wrong sizes?

A: Because every item is custom-printed just for you, we cannot offer exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please reference the size chart carefully before purchasing.

Q: Where do I send a return?

A: Do not send the product back to the return address on the package, as this is a fulfillment center. Please contact us first, and we will provide you with the correct return instructions and address.

 

4. Product Care

Q: How should I wash my apparel (T-shirts/Sweatshirts)?

 A: For best results and longevity of the print:

  • Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.

  • Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary.

  • Do not use fabric softeners.

  • Tumble dry low or hang-dry for the longest life.

  • Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron the decoration area.

Q: How should I care for my Home Decor items (Blankets/Napkins)?

  • Blankets: Machine wash cold with similar colors. Tumble dry on a low setting or hang to dry.

  • Napkins: Machine wash cold or warm. Tumble dry low.
